1. Scope and Responsibility
This Privacy Policy explains how Hangzhou Xuxiantuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., operating KELSVORA™, handles personal information when an individual visits the store, communicates with customer support, creates or uses an account if that feature is available, places an order, receives a shipment, or exercises a privacy choice. It applies to information collected through the KELSVORA™ website and directly connected customer service channels.
External websites, carrier pages, social platforms, and independent services may follow their own privacy notices. A link from our store does not place an external service under this policy. Customers should read the notice presented by the relevant service before submitting information there.
2. Information We May Handle
The categories below describe information that may be received according to how a visitor uses the store:
- Identity and contact details: name, email address, delivery address, region, postal code, and telephone number supplied for an order or inquiry.
- Order and service records: selected products, quantities, order value, discounts, confirmation references, fulfillment status, return history, refund status, and related customer-care notes.
- Delivery information: shipping method, carrier reference, tracking events, delivery status, address corrections, and information needed to investigate loss or damage.
- Account details: login identifier, saved preferences, and account activity where an optional customer account feature is used. Passwords should never be sent to customer support.
- Communications: email content, support requests, photographs, product reviews, survey responses, and records of actions taken to address a case.
- Device and usage data: internet protocol address, browser type, device type, language, approximate region derived from technical signals, page interactions, referral source, session time, and diagnostic events.
- Preference information: consent choices, cookie selections, subscribed communications, favored products, and inferred interests based on store activity where permitted.
- Compliance and protection data: records reasonably needed to prevent misuse, verify a privacy request, respond to lawful process, preserve store security, or document policy acceptance.
Please provide only information relevant to the request. Avoid placing government identification numbers, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive material in routine support messages.
3. Why Information Is Used
Personal information may be used to:
- receive and administer orders, prepare fulfillment information, send confirmations, and coordinate delivery;
- answer questions, investigate damaged or missing shipments, manage eligible returns, and maintain a coherent service history;
- operate customer accounts, remember selected settings, and provide requested site functions;
- maintain site stability, detect faults, monitor security events, and reduce fraudulent or abusive activity;
- understand how store pages and product information are used, measure general performance, and improve navigation or catalog presentation;
- send requested announcements or promotional communications where the applicable permission exists and provide a method to withdraw that preference;
- meet recordkeeping duties, respond to valid legal requests, establish or defend claims, and enforce store terms; and
- protect customers, the operating company, service providers, and the public from unlawful or harmful conduct.
Depending on the customer’s location and the activity involved, handling may rely on steps requested before or during an order, performance of an agreement, compliance with law, legitimate operational interests assessed against individual rights, consent, or another basis recognized by applicable law. Where consent is the required basis, it may be withdrawn for future activity through the method stated at the time or by contacting us.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The site may use cookies, local storage, tags, pixels, and related technologies to keep a session working, remember language or cart selections, protect forms, understand visits, and evaluate communications or advertising. Some technologies are necessary for requested store functions; others may be optional depending on local law and available controls.
Browser tools can remove or block certain storage, and a store preference panel may provide additional choices where implemented. Restricting necessary technologies can prevent features such as cart continuity, account access, fraud controls, or saved preferences from working correctly. A browser signal expressing a privacy preference is recognized where required and technically supported under applicable law.
Where applicable law requires a choice before optional analytics or advertising technology is used, we configure that technology to remain inactive until the visitor makes a valid selection. A visitor may later revise or withdraw the selection through the available privacy control. Necessary store functions are separated from optional advertising choices wherever technically practicable.
5. Analytics and Advertising
We may use analytics or advertising services to understand aggregated site activity, attribute visits, limit repetitive messages, and evaluate whether product information reaches a relevant audience. These services may receive device identifiers, browser events, approximate location, referral information, and interactions with store pages, subject to configuration and legal requirements.
We do not describe every external service as using information in the same way. Each provider acts according to its assigned role, contractual terms, technical configuration, and its own notice where it independently determines purposes. Visitors can use available cookie controls, browser settings, communication preference links, or a direct privacy request to manage eligible uses.
AppLovin Advertising Technology
Where KELSVORA™ enables AppLovin advertising or measurement technology, AppLovin may receive information according to the enabled configuration and the visitor’s applicable choices. That information may include online identifiers, device and browser details, network information, an approximate region derived from technical signals, referral or campaign data, advertising interactions, and events such as store visits, searches, product views, cart additions, and completed orders. If a matching feature is deliberately enabled, limited contact or regional identifiers may also be provided after the required notice and choice process has been addressed.
AppLovin may use permitted information for advertising delivery, attribution, measurement, frequency management, fraud prevention, and related advertising services. We do not intentionally place passwords, complete government identifiers, precise location, health information, or other sensitive categories in AppLovin event names, custom fields, or parameters. We do not enable AppLovin technology for a service directed to children or intentionally provide children’s information to AppLovin.
Where required by law, optional AppLovin technology is subject to a valid prior choice, and an available withdrawal or opt-out signal is passed through the implemented controls. The wording of this policy does not replace the need for the site’s consent controls to function in practice.
For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy/.
6. When Information May Be Disclosed
Information may be shared in limited form with organizations that support store operations, such as hosting and commerce infrastructure providers, order administration services, fulfillment locations, carriers, communications tools, analytics services, security providers, professional advisers, and customer support systems. They receive information connected to the service they perform and may be subject to contractual or legal duties concerning its use.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, investigate fraud or security incidents, protect rights or safety, or resolve a dispute. If the business structure changes through a reorganization, acquisition, transfer, or similar event, relevant records may be reviewed or transferred with appropriate safeguards and notice where law requires it.
We do not disclose personal information to unrelated parties merely because they request it. We also do not claim that every disclosure can be prevented where a lawful and binding obligation applies.
7. Retention
Information is retained for periods connected to the reason it was collected. Order and service records may be kept while needed to complete the customer relationship, administer returns, maintain tax and accounting evidence, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal duties. Technical logs may be held for shorter operational and security periods. Marketing preference records may be maintained to respect an unsubscribe choice.
Retention periods are assessed using record type, sensitivity, volume, operational necessity, limitation periods, legal obligations, and security risk. When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or isolated from ordinary use, subject to technical backup cycles and lawful preservation requirements.
8. Security Practices
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures selected for the nature of the information and the store’s operations. These may include access restrictions, authentication controls, encrypted transmission where supported, service provider review, logging, backup practices, staff procedures, and incident response steps.
No website, transmission route, storage system, or organizational process can offer absolute security. Customers can reduce risk by using a unique account password, protecting access to their email, signing out on shared devices, and contacting us if they notice suspicious activity connected to a KELSVORA™ account or order.
9. International Handling
KELSVORA™ is operated from China and may serve customers or use service infrastructure in more than one country or region. Personal information may therefore be accessed, stored, or processed outside the individual’s place of residence. Privacy rules and government access standards can differ between locations.
Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or specific safeguard, we take steps designed to use an accepted arrangement for the relevant transfer. Customers may contact us for information about safeguards relevant to their circumstances, subject to confidentiality and legal restrictions.
10. Individual Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, an individual may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain automated outcomes. Rights may also include opting out of qualifying sale or sharing, targeted or interest-based advertising, and certain profiling. A person may also be entitled to complain to an appropriate privacy authority.
To submit a request, email service@kelsvora.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and describe the right or concern. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify identity, protect account records, clarify scope, or confirm authority when an authorized representative acts for another person. We will not request more verification material than is reasonably connected to that purpose.
Some requests may be limited where records must be retained for legal duties, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, freedom of expression, or the rights of another person. If a request cannot be completed in full, we may explain the applicable reason where permitted. Privacy requests are handled within the period required by relevant law; ordinary support inquiries are reviewed and answered within 3 business days.
Promotional email preferences can generally be changed through the unsubscribe method included in the message or by contacting us. Service communications concerning an active order, a requested return, security, or a policy notice may still be sent when they are necessary to administer the customer relationship.
11. Children’s Privacy
The store is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from a child who cannot lawfully provide it under the rules of the child’s location, and we do not intentionally use AppLovin technology to collect or transmit children’s information. If a parent or guardian believes a child submitted personal information without valid authorization, contact service@kelsvora.com with enough detail for us to locate the record and assess deletion or another appropriate response.
12. Policy Changes
We may revise this policy when store practices, technology, legal requirements, or service arrangements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects how existing information is handled, an additional notice may be provided through the site or an appropriate direct channel when required.
13. Privacy Contact
Questions or requests concerning this policy may be sent to service@kelsvora.com or mailed to Hangzhou Xuxiantuan Network Technology Co., Ltd., Room 113, South Building, No. 2-1, Wujiamen, Xinggongtang Village, Liangzhu Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.
